When I emigrated from England with my family I fulfilled a lifelong dream by designing and building my own home. One crucial stage of the build involved arranging the plumbing.

As with many projects something had to go wrong and for us it was the water tanks. The day before turning on our water system, a final check revealed a rodent had set up home inside our tanks! (How it got there remains a mystery)!

I rang Aquavac in a panic to see how long it would be before they could clean out and sanitise the tanks. I was amazed when they said that for such an emergency they would come out the very same evening.

By the end of the day my tanks were clean, safe and ready to use. I feel very grateful to Nigel and the team for being so flexible and for acting so fast.
